Development plans are devised for employees to help them achieve their aspirations. ‘Talent Review’ meetings are held on a regular basis by Human Resources to identify the stars of the future, with training and development provided in the form of work shadow placements, secondments, classroom based courses, on the job training and support to achieve professional qualifications.
